Introduction
BitBotster is a professional-grade algorithmic trading platform that connects to major exchanges and executes predefined strategies automatically — 24/7, with no manual intervention required.

The platform supports cryptocurrencies across 9 live exchanges and 5 testnet exchnages, each with configurable risk parameters and performance analytics.
Quickstart
Get BitBotster running in under five minutes.
Create an account
Sign up at bitbotster.com/signup and verify your email address. Then sign in to your account.
Connect to your broker
Navigate to Brokers and click on the broker you want to connect to. Thats it. Keep the tab open, you will need it in steps 3 and 4 again.
Obtain API credentials
Sign in to your broker and navigate to Settings → API Management. Create a new API-Key. Enable read + trade permissions for Spot-, Futures- and Contract-accounts (or UTA). Do not give permission to withdraw. Make sure you set each and every IP address you see on BitBotsters page (step 2).
Insert API credentials
Copy and paste the API-Key and API-Secret from your broker to BitBotster. Some brokers additionally require an API Password. Then press Connect.
Pick a strategy
Browse the Strategies page, review backtesting results, then click Create bot.
Go live
Click on BitBots and toggle the Live button to activate it.

API Keys
Never grant withdrawal permissions to API keys used with BitBotster. Use IP whitelisting where your exchange supports it. IP addresses can be found here.
To connect a broker / exchange:
- Log in to your broker account and navigate to the API Management section.
- Create a new API key pair with Read and Trade permissions only.
- Copy the API Key and Secret immediately — the secret is shown only once.
- In BitBotster, navigate to Brokers → Connect and paste your credentials.
Notifications
BitBotster is not sending you any commercials or on-screen notifications. Just emails with essential information to keep your account running. When we change that you will find details on how to modify your notification config here.
Security
We are handling your funds, for you, on your behalf. Highest security is our standard.
We are sending you a One Time Password every time you login from a new IP address. Enhance your security by setting up a 2 Factor Authentication device. E.g. the Google Authenticator app.
Strategies Overview
You are able to use any Strategy in the Strategies pool and create your bots. Take a detailed look as the Backtesting results by clicking the PnL, to make your choice. You are not able to see the Strategy details and understand how BitBotster decides to take action. If you have your own Strategies created, you can see those details of course.

All strategies ship with backtested results across five time horizons. The engine uses OHLCV data with realistic fee modelling.

Custom Strategies
BitBotster helps you automate your trading strategies using a wide range of technical indicators and other configurable conditions. Precision entries, conditional take-profit, and dynamic stop-loss give you a versatile and flexible toolkit. Unfortunately this creation process requires a deep understanding of technology and machine learning, why we have taken Custom Strategies out for all regular users.

Yes. All paid plans support running concurrent bots across different broker, pairs and strategies.
BitBotster runs on cloud infrastructure. Your bots continue executing regardless of your local connection status.
Backtesting is performed on raw OHLCV tick data with conservative fee and slippage assumptions. Results have not been independently audited.
